Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FormGlam ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

FormGlam is a web-based platform that allows users to:

• Import Google Forms using public URLs
• Customize the appearance and layout of forms
• Create embeddable form widgets
• Share customized forms with others

User Accounts

To use FormGlam, you must:

• Sign in using a valid Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Import forms you don't have permission to access
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the Service

Google Forms Integration

FormGlam integrates with Google Forms. You acknowledge that:

• You must have appropriate permissions to access and customize forms
• Google Forms' own terms of service apply to form creation and data collection
• We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of Google Forms
• You are responsible for complying with Google's terms and policies

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FormGlam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your customizations and configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your customizations as necessary to provide the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of results

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FormGlam, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by signing out and clearing your browser data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
